Spinach Artichoke Dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip

This quick and easy dip is sure to be a crowd pleaser at your next party. Left-overs (if there are any) can be used as a sandwich spread or stuffed in baked chicken breast.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c Sour Cream
  • 1/4 c Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
  • Red Pepper Flakes, to Taste
  • 2/3 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 c Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 14 oz Can Artichoke Hearts, drained, chopped
  • 6 oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
  • Crackers, Tortilla Chips or Toasted Baguette Slices for Serving

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl stir together Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, Garlic, Parmesan, Mozzarella and Red Pepper Flakes.
  3. Stir in Artichokes and Spinach.
  4. Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. Bake in preheated oven until heated through and melted, about 20 minutes.
  5. Set oven to broil and move dish to upper rack.    Lightly brown top, watch closely.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers or toasted baguette slices.
