This quick and easy dip is sure to be a crowd pleaser at your next party. Left-overs (if there are any) can be used as a sandwich spread or stuffed in baked chicken breast.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 c Sour Cream
- 1/4 c Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
- Red Pepper Flakes, to Taste
- 2/3 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 c Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 14 oz Can Artichoke Hearts, drained, chopped
- 6 oz Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
- Crackers, Tortilla Chips or Toasted Baguette Slices for Serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl stir together Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, Garlic, Parmesan, Mozzarella and Red Pepper Flakes.
- Stir in Artichokes and Spinach.
- Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. Bake in preheated oven until heated through and melted, about 20 minutes.
- Set oven to broil and move dish to upper rack. Lightly brown top, watch closely.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers or toasted baguette slices.
