- Submit contracts and assist in negotiations
- Review and explain the Formal Sales Contract
- Coordinate Appraisal, Inspections and Survey
- Re-negotiate post inspections as needed
- Monitor the loan approval process and title insurance
- Keep you informed of all events that may affect closing
- Schedule final walk-through
- Coordinate Signing Appointment and attend closing with clients as allowed
