Corned Beef Sliders

These fun sliders are an easy way to feed a crowd. These flavors were chosen for St. Patrick’s Day, but feel free to switch out the meat and cheese combinations to suit your tastes. (Think Turkey and Provolone or Roast Beef and White Cheddar)

Ingredients:

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls, sliced in half
  • 1 lb Thin Sliced Corned Beef
  • 10 Slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup each Mayonnaise and Dijon Mustard
  • 4 Tbsp Butter, divided
  • 8 oz Shredded Cabbage
  • 2 tsp each Onion and Garlic Powder

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350° F. Grease a 9″ x 13″ baking dish.
  2. Place 12 bottom Roll halves into the prepared baking dish. Spread with Mayo and Mustard.
  3. Layer with Corned Beef and Swiss Cheese.
  4. In a skillet preheated to medium-high heat, melt 2 Tbsp of Butter. Saute Cabbage until softened, about five minutes. Layer on Rolls.
  5. Place Roll tops over Cabbage.
  6. Melt remaining 2 Tbsp Butter. Stir in the Onion and Garlic powder. Brush the melted Butter mixture on the tops of the Rolls.
  7. Bake the sliders for about 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
