Grilled Peaches with Hot Honey

You already have the BBQ going all summer anyway – why not use it for this fun seasonal dessert? (You can use a grill pan if its just too Hot to go outside) This Chili Infused Honey will last for ages – but once you taste it you will be putting it on everything!

  1. In a small sauce pan, over medium heat, bring Honey and Pepper Flakes to a simmer. Remove from heat, stir in Apple Cider Vinegar. Set aside to cool. Can be made ahead of time and stores in a glass jar.
  2. Brush split Peaches with Oil and sprinkle with Salt. Grill cut side down, over medium heat, for 4-5 minutes. Flip and grill an additional 4-5 minutes or until soft.
  3. Remove from grill and serve each half with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream and a drizzle of Chili Honey.

Tip – Scoop the Ice Cream onto a wax paper lined dish and keep in freezer until ready to serve.
